1. Delivery Coverage

We proudly deliver to all major cities in the UAE, including:
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation or payment.
Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 3 – 7 business days (depending on your location)
Express Delivery: 1 – 3 business days (available in select areas)

We always work with reliable courier partners to ensure your package arrives on time.

4. Shipping Charges

Free delivery on orders above AED 150.
A small delivery fee applies for orders below this amount — visible at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
You can track your shipment’s status easily or contact our customer care team for updates.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for all UAE orders.
Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are correct to avoid delays.
For smooth delivery, kindly keep the exact cash amount ready.

7. Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, unforeseen factors like weather, holidays, or courier delays may occasionally cause slight delays.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please reach out to us — we’ll resolve it promptly.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at info@thebuyflow.com or via WhatsApp.
We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
