If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right — quickly and fairly.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • You provide the original order receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Some products such as personal care items, undergarments, or hygiene-related products may not be eligible for return due to safety reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

Include your order number, item name, and reason for return.
Our customer care team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders).

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or wrongly delivered.

4. Exchanges

Need a replacement instead?
If the item is still in stock, we’ll send you a replacement product once your return is approved.

5. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been shipped yet.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you’ll need to follow the return process instead.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), TheBuyFlow covers the return shipping cost.
For other reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return delivery charges.
